I.C.I. Electrical Services Inc. follows formal Project Management practices.  These practices ensure that projects are completed successfully and in a consistent manner.

We measure our success based on the following criteria:

The project manager assumes responsibility to ensure a full and complete organization of the project.

A project kick-off meeting is used to ensure department lead hands are communicated detailed work breakdowns with estimates and scheduling.  All team members are involved in open discussions to ensure they have a full and complete understanding of their involvement, assignments and the commitments they are making to ensure overall success of the project.

The project manager also reports directly to the customer and is responsible for providing regular project updates, scheduling site visits, communicating potential delays and corrective actions taken.   On mid to large size jobs, the project manager will have been actively involved in the project’s conception and subsequent proposal, providing advanced insight and feedback.
